Robyn Lustgarten is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing her practice on representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims. She is dedicated to helping victims of negligence recover the justice and compensation they deserve, with experience handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, and complex insurance disputes.
Before devoting her career to representing plaintiffs, Ms. Lustgarten served as Senior Staff Counsel for a major Florida insurance company and as a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm. This unique background gives her an insider’s understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and attempt to minimize claims. Today, she uses that knowledge to fight for her clients — leveling the playing field against powerful insurers and guiding injury victims through every stage of the litigation process in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Lustgarten graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. During law school, she interned with Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara Pariente and U.S. District Judge Wilkie D. Ferguson, gaining invaluable exposure to appellate and federal practice.
She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
