Robyn Lustgarten is an experienced civil litigator with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in representing property owners in their disputes against insurance companies throughout the Florida.
As a former senior staff counsel for a prominent Florida insurance company and partner at a prestigious insurance defense firm, she understands the tactics employed by the insurance industry and has the experience to navigate her clients through the rigorous claims litigation process in both state and federal court.
Ms. Lustgarten graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science and Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Lustgarten interned with Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara Pariente and U.S. District Judge Wilkie D. Ferguson.
Ms. Lustgarten is admitted to practice in courts throughout the State of Florida, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
