Josh Polsky is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bernstein | Polsky, PLLC. An accomplished trial lawyer, he has extensive experience handling high-stakes, multi-million-dollar civil litigation. His practice focuses on mass torts, personal injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases arising from automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, and construction defect claims.
