Patricia Medina is a dedicated pre-litigation attorney who is passionate about helping injured clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She is committed to ensuring her clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout every stage of their case while aggressively advocating for the financial justice and compensation they deserve. She focuses her practice on motor vehicle accidents, complex truck accidents, slip and fall cases, and traumatic brain injury cases (TBI), always working to secure the best possible outcome for the individuals and families she represents.
Patricia takes a client-centered approach to advocacy and believes strong representation begins with understanding the full impact an injury has on a person’s life. To better serve her clients, she regularly attends traumatic brain injury conferences and continuing legal education programs to stay informed on the latest medical research, treatment developments, and pre-litigation and litigation strategies involving TBIs. Her commitment to ongoing education allows her to advocate more effectively for clients facing life-altering injuries and complex recovery journeys.
Before beginning her legal career, she built a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and advocacy through her academic and community involvement. Patricia earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. Known for her compassion, responsiveness, and dedication, she works tirelessly to guide her clients through the legal process with confidence and care.
